    Applicant/Enrolled agrees to the following terms and conditions: Agreement made by and between the Applicant whose name and address are listed above, hereinafter referred to as the "applicant," and California pacificatory University, Inc., whose principal place of business is located at 8300 Old Courthouse Road Suite 210 Vienna, Virginia 22182, hereinafter referred to as the School.

    ALC maintains continuous enrollment throughout the program. This agreement is for the program below.

    Application Fee: $50.00 and is Non-Refundable.

    Graduation Fee: $200.00 for any academic level and is Non-Refundable.

    Students may purchase books from any third party vendor according to the vendor's guidelines and refund polices, and at the student's responsibility. The School does not sell books directly.

    Application Fee for all programs is $50.00 and is Non-Refundable.

    IV.

    Legally Binding This Agreement is legally binding when signed by the student and accepted by ALC.

    Online Disclosure When tuition for a course(s) is paid by the student within in 72 hours the student is issued a ALC number and password for access to the online restricted classroom. The classroom contains the syllabi, assignment/lessons and exams. Any textbooks required for the course(s) is the students responsibility to order and purchase. Students have the right to cancel any course(s) and receive a full refund within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the “new student notification” emailed to the student containing the CPU number and password and course(s) information paid to access the online restricted classroom. Any books purchased by the student for the course(s) is the student’s responsibility to return and obtain a refund. All assignments/lessons and exams are accessed through the online restricted classroom at the California pacificatory University website. After the 31st day of the receipt of the “new student notification” emailed to the student there is no refund. Please refer to refund policy.

    Student's Right to Cancel The student has the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of all charges paid through attendance at the first class session, or the 7th day after enrollment, whichever is later.

    VII.

    Refund Policy Refunds are granted in accordance with the refund policy listed herein. The school shall issue a refund via postal mail to the applicant as outlined herein within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Signed Notice of Cancellation Form. The form is available in the Student Online Classroom, which you may access using your CPU user ID and password. The Applicant must submit the signed “Notice of Cancellation Form” as described herein by postal mail or fax. Postal Mail address: California pacificatory University 8690 Aero Drive , Suite 115 San Diego, CA 92123 , Day 1 through 15 from Registering Into a Course/Degree: 100% Refund. Day 16 through 30 from Registering Into a Course/Degree: 50% Refund Day 31 and above from Registering Into a Course/Degree: 0% Refund Please Note: “days” are calendar days. Applicant understands the fifty dollar ($50) required application fees and Graduation Fees are non-refundable. Students who received federal student financial aid funds are entitled to a refund of moneys not paid from federal student financial aid program funds

    VIII.

    Loans If the student obtains a loan to pay for an educational program, the student will have the responsibility to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund. If the student is eligible for a loan guaranteed by the federal or state government and the student defaults on the loan, both of the following may occur: (1) The federal or state government or loan guarantee agency may take action against the student, including applying any income tax refund to which the person is entitled to reduce the balance owed on the loan, and (2) The student may not be eligible for any other federal student financial aid at another institution or other government assistance until the loan is repaid.

    IX.

    Transfer Credits "NOTICE CONCERNING TRANSFER ABILITY OF CREDITS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED AT OUR INSTITUTION" The transfer ability of credits you earn at California pacificatory University is at the complete discretion of an institution to which you may seek to transfer. Acceptance of the (degree, diploma, or certificate) you earn in (name of educational program) is also at the complete discretion of the institution to which you may seek to transfer. If the (credits or degree, diploma, or certificate) that you earn at this institution are not accepted at the institution to which you seek to transfer, you may be required to repeat some or all of your coursework at that institution. For this reason, you should make sure that your attendance at this institution will meet your educational goals. This may include contacting an institution to which you may seek to transfer after attending California pacificatory University to determine if your (credits or degree, diploma or certificate) will transfer."
