COURSE OVERVIEW: Welcome to Public Policy and Formation Process (PA 325). This is a Bachelor Level course in the curriculum for the Degree, Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. I am pleased to instruct you in this course, which will be a core course for the remainder of your studies in the bachelor program.

This is a basic course that prepares you to work in the fields of Public Policy and Political Science. In this course you will learn about the American Administrative State, Federalism and Intergovernmental Relations, Public Personnel Administration, Decision Making, Regulatory Administration and Accountability and Ethics. When finished, you will have a grasp of the fundamental concepts of the curriculum models for Public Policy and Administration.
