SYLLABUS

COURSE OVERVIEW: Welcome to Fundamentals of Criminal Law, Bachelor Level course. This course will familiarize you with the central concepts and doctrines in the field of substantive criminal law. I am pleased to instruct you in this course, which will be a foundational course for the remainder of your studies in the bachelor program.
By the time this course is over, I expect you to have a better understanding of criminal law because we will explore fundamental legal concepts, study homicide offenses and how a department of criminal laws is put together.
