1.Total Quality Management(TQM)

Learning a system of management based on the principle that every member of staff must be committed to maintaining high standards of work in every aspect of a company’s operations.Total quality management consists of organization-wide efforts to “install and make permanent climate where employees continuously improve their ability to provide on demand products and services that customers will find of particular value.

2.Infection Control Management

Learning Infections acquired during health care delivery, more appropriately called health care-associated infections (HAIs), are a significant public health problem around the world. It is estimated that 5%–10% of patients admitted to acute care hospitals in developed countries, acquire one or more infections. In developing countries the risk of infection is 2–20 times higher and the proportion of patients infected can exceed 25%. The objective of this paper is to draw attention to the hitherto unrecognized public health problem emerging from health care-associated infections in the Region and provide evidence that a considerable proportion of the burden of disease attributable to health care-associated infections can be prevented with low-cost interventions. A set of actions are proposed that can be implemented easily and readily across countries without major resource implications.
